Welcome to Merci Wrap & Pack. These terms explain how our online shop works. By placing an order, you agree to them.
Merci Wrap & Pack is a packaging supplies shop based in Beirut, Lebanon. We sell ready-made packaging (boxes, bags, wrapping, ribbons, fillers and bakery packaging) to small businesses, online sellers and individuals all over Lebanon.
All our packaging products are ready-made. We do not offer custom packaging production, custom sizes, or logo printing directly on boxes and bags. However, we do offer stickers and thank-you cards. Contact us on WhatsApp for details about these services. Product photos are as accurate as possible, but colors may look slightly different on your screen. Sizes are shown on each product page in centimeters.
All prices are in US dollars (USD). Prices may change without notice; the price you pay is the price shown when you place your order, plus the delivery fee shown at checkout.
We keep stock information up to date. If an item you ordered is no longer available, we will contact you to offer a replacement, a wait or a refund.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order in case of a pricing or stock error or suspected misuse. You can cancel an order by WhatsApp or phone (+961 70 247 811) until it is handed to the courier.
We currently accept two payment methods:
We deliver across Lebanon. Standard delivery starts at $4, with additional charges potentially applying depending on the size or volume of the order. The applicable delivery fee is confirmed before checkout. See our Shipping Policy.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or incorrect color selection, except where required by applicable law.
Please carefully review product measurements, colors, quantities, and descriptions before placing an order. If you need help choosing the right product, contact us on WhatsApp.
For incorrect, damaged, or defective products, contact us promptly so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
We are responsible for delivering the items you ordered in the condition described on our website. We are not liable for indirect losses outside our reasonable control, such as lost sales or event delays.
These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon. Any dispute falls under the competent courts of Beirut.
We may update these terms. The version published on the website when you place your order applies to that order.
