We deliver Merci Wrap & Pack orders all over Lebanon, carefully packed so your boxes, bags, ribbons and wrapping arrive clean and ready to use.
We deliver to every area of Lebanon: to your home, your studio or your shop, for one-time orders and regular small-business restocks.
We deliver all over Lebanon. Standard delivery costs $4 per order. Additional delivery charges may apply to large or bulky orders, depending on the size and volume of the package. Any additional fees will be communicated to you before the order is confirmed.
Delivery usually takes 2 to 5 working days, depending on your location and order preparation. Public holidays and weather can add a day.
We prepare and pack your order within 1 to 2 working days, then hand it to our delivery partner. You receive an order confirmation by email.
We currently accept two payment methods:
If the courier cannot reach you, we will contact you to arrange a new time. After two failed attempts the order returns to us, and a new delivery fee may apply to send it again.
Please check your address and phone number at checkout. If you need to change them, message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible. Once the parcel is with the courier, changes may not be possible and a new delivery fee may apply.
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. If you notice any damage or receive an incorrect item after opening the package, contact us within 48 hours with your order details and clear photos.
We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
